Payment Method Consistency
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, jaya nahin requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same source used for deposits wherever technically possible. Refused or Reversed Transactions

Errors in Transactions
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, jaya nahin reserves the right to correct the error regardless of the time elapsed. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

Abuse and Exploitation
jaya nahin actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any form of collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and related winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance

Void Bets

Winnings Limits

Settlement and Results
All bets are settled in accordance with jaya nahin's official results sources. For cricket markets, the official result as declared by the ICC, BCB, or the relevant domestic board takes precedence. For casino games, the result determined by the game server at the moment of resolution is final. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised with jaya nahin support within 30 days of the event's conclusion.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

During a suspension, access to account funds may be temporarily withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your jaya nahin account at any time by contacting customer support via the email address in the footer. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
